TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS

A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
-
The balance is due 30 days before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Cancellation up to 60 days before departure: refund of 50% of the deposit.

Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before departure: non-refundable deposit.
-
Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: no refund.
INSURANCE
-
Health and accident insurance.
-
Insurance covering search, rescue and repatriation costs in the event of an accident.
-
Civil liability insurance including mountain accidents.
-
By participating in the activity, each person declares that they are in good health and able to practice physical activity in the mountains.
RATES
-
The prices are in accordance with the recommendations of the Swiss Association of Mountain Guides (ASAM).
RECOMMENDED RATES
Rates recommended by the Swiss Association of Mountain Guides (ASAM):
Full day (max 8 hours): CHF 500.-
Half-day (max 4 hours): CHF 380.-
Evening (max 4 hours): CHF 380.-
Hourly rate: CHF 90.- (min 2 hours)
REPLACEMENT PERSON
If you are unable to participate, you have the right to designate a replacement person up to 7 days before departure, provided they accept the terms of the contract.
RESPONSIBILITY
Each participant assumes responsibility for any theft, loss, material damage, injury, accident, death, or harm caused to themselves or others during participation in our activities. Clan Sauvage declines any responsibility in case of poor performance by its partners.
PROGRAM CHANGES
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Clan Sauvage reserves the right to cancel the activity up to 3 weeks before departure.
RIGHT TO IMAGE
Images and videos taken during activities may be used by Clan Sauvage for marketing purposes, unless you provide written opposition.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by Swiss law.
